Why we measure before we price
A number over the phone is a guess. Your house might need 22 squares of siding or 31. The sheathing behind the old clapboard might be solid or soft. Gutters might be pulling off because of rotten fascia, not bad hangers. We find out first, so your price doesn't change after you sign.
What's in your written proposal
The scope, line by line. The materials, by name and color. The schedule, with a start window. The payment plan. If it's not on the paper, it's not in the price, and you'll never get a surprise invoice for extras we didn't talk about.
What happens every day on site
Your property gets protected before we start. The crew follows the manufacturer's manual for fastening and clearances. Every opening gets flashed. And at the end of each day, the site is cleared and magnet swept so no nails end up in your driveway.
The final walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you. Anything on the punch list gets closed. Then you get your warranty documents: our 5-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty, which passes straight to you.
